Jubilee family and friends. On Tuesday, July 11th 2023, Jubilee's online giviing service will be transitioned from the Servant Keeper Giving brand to the easyTithe brand. This change has little impact on the way you give, but we wanted you to be aware of it. Rest assured that despite the branding change, the way you interact with your giving account, your giving history, any recurring tithes and offerings you have set up will remain the same.
Here are just a few changes you may notice:
- The web site will now reflect the easyTithe brand instead of Servant Keeper Giving. This means when you visit our site to make tithes and offerings, you will see a URL related to easyTithe.
- The web site you use to give may now display the phrase "powered by easyTithe" at the bottom, indicating that easyTithe is the engine powering our giving system.
These changes are purely cosmetic and will not impact the functionality or security of the giving process. We believe transparency is crucial in maintaining trust, which is why we want to keep you informed about these changes.
Lifestyle of Giving
Giving is an act of worship. Although finances are transacted, the biblical idea is that the giver is giving it to God. God's purpose for giving is ultimately His glory. When a church uses its resources to “reach and deepen” people the results are, those reached and those deepened are added to the Kingdom of God. When churches care for those in crisis the recipients are humbled to thank and magnify God. When the Church complies to the instructions from God to “gather together” (Heb. 10:25) their services of singing, teaching, praying, fellowshipping, sharing, and celebrating the goodness and greatness of God all glorify Him.
Your giving comes with a potential increase in who you are:
“Luke 6:38 - Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. (KJV)."
And, we don't encourage giving to simply receive. One should give because that's who they are. God is more concerned with the condition of your heart as you give, rather than the quantity. "God loves a cheerful giver."
Jubilee Baptist Church of Bolingbrook, IL sincerely thanks you for worshiping with your giving through us.
