Scholarship Ministry


Purpose

The Mission of the Jubilee Baptist Church Scholarship Program is to promote the Deepening of Spiritual Growth by Engaging Our Young Adults in the Cornerstones of Spiritual Growth Established by Jubilee Baptist Church which are Biblical Learning, Evangelism, Fellowship and Service. The Program will Support Them Financially, Spiritually and Emotionally with Counseling and Resources to Enable Them in Becoming Successful and Contributing Members of God’s World, Our Church, Our Community, Our Country and Their Family.

Scholarship Program Application Timeline

You can enroll in the scholarship program ONLINE or downloading and completing the JBC Scholarship Program Student and Parent/Legal Guardian Agreement . The agreement must be signed by your parents(s) or guardian(s) and returned to Sister Stephanie Bond the JBC Scholarship Program administrator.

Once you are an active participant in the program, each

JBC ACTIVITY YOU PARTICIPATE IN

OR

COMMUNITY SERVICE YOU PERFORMED

OR

VOLUNTEER SERVICE YOU PERFORM

OR

JBC MINISTRY SPONSORED EVENT YOU PARTICIPATE IN

require that you MUST completed a JBC Scholarship Program Activity/Event Participant/Volunteer Form to get credit for that event. The form must be signed by the sponsoring ministry facilitator/community service organization/volunteer leader and returned to Sister Stephanie Bond the JBC Scholarship Program administrator.

Note: To receive proper credit, “the form MUST be submitted to the program’s administrator within 60 days of the activity/event/community service performed.

Graduating High School Seniors

If you are a Graduating High School Senior and a Member of JBC and wish to apply for a JBC Scholarship Award, you can apply ONLINE or download and complete the JBC Scholarship Application . ALL required supporting documentation as listed in the program’s application package checklist must be submitted by the prescribe “dead line” date to Brother Terrance Jamison
